WILD AND WESSEL HARVARD STUDENT LAMP SOLD

Large and beautiful kerosene lamp in brass with a green opaline shade. Manufactured by Etablissements WILD and WESSEL in Berlin in the 1890s. The initials WW are inscribed under the base of the lamp, this one also bears on the front the inscription "patent Wild and Wessel Berlin". Company founded in 1855 by Emil Wild and Wilhelm Wessel.
In very good condition, electrification redone.
